Detailed Itinerary:

Day 00: Delhi – Shimla (370 Km/8-9 hrs.) Overnight journey by Volvo

➢ Evening board Volvo bus from Delhi to Shimla. Overnight journey to shimla. It’s an 8-9

hour long journey.

➢ A century ago the British selected Shimla as their summer capital, using it as a retreat from

the blistering heat of the plains. Called the “abode of the high and mighty“, it is

spectacularly set at 2,154 metres with the snow-capped Himalaya as a backdrop and with

beautiful promenades, graceful colonial buildings, wooded ravines and evergreen forests.

Day 01: Arrival Shimla & Kufri + Chail day tour.

➢ Arrival at Volvo station Shimla, meet our driver and transfer to hotel (early check in subject

to availability & standard check in time is 12 pm).

➢ After Freshen up visit for excursion to the green valleys of Fagu and Kufri. {Optional: Visit

Kufri Adventure resort (Guest can enjoy various rides & activities at their own cost)}.

Explore the Kufri Winter Sports Capital, Indira Bungalow and Himalayan Zoo.

➢ Post lunch, continue drive to the one of the famous place in the outskirts of Shimla i.e

Chail. Merely 2 hours drive away from the Shimla, Chail is a quiet hill-station tucked in the

lap of nature. A haven for those wanting to escape mind-numbing restlessness of city life,

this lovely town was a former summer retreat for the Maharaja of Patiala. Here you will

enjoy the sightseeing which includes visit to Kali ka Tibba, Chail wildlife sanctuary & Sidh

Baba ka Mandir.

➢ In the evening, return back to Shimla.

➢ Overnight stay at Shimla

Day 02: Shimla Full Day city tour

➢ Morning at leisure. Post Breakfast at hotel, visit to Indian Institute of Advanced Study

(formerly known as Vice Regal Lodge, closed on Monday), Jakhu Temple (Via Rope Way),

Kali Bari Temple, The Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, Scandal Point & Lakkar Bazzar, The

Mall Road and The Ridge (according to time).

➢ Evening is free for leisure

➢ Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 03: Shimla – Delhi (370 Kms/8-9 hrs.)

➢ Wake up in the morning and after having delicious breakfast, Check out from the Hotel.

Day is free to explore Shimla at your own and later in the evening say goodbye to Shimla

and board the Volvo bus to Delhi.

Note for Day 03: You have to check out at 11 Am from hotel and keep your luggage at hotel

clock room and explore the town at your own. Later you have to come back to hotel at your

own and our car will drop you at Shimla Volvo station.
